The purpose of the Site is to present MM7, the Services provided and offered by MM7 to its clients, the products manufactured and/or sold by MM7 (the « Products ») and the price of the Services in its boutiques.

MM7 undertakes to provide adequate descriptions and visual representations of the products presented on the Site.

MM7 does not warrant that the information or graphics contained on the Site or that are accessible through the Services would be at any time reliable, accurate, up-to-date, useful or comprehensive.

MM7 may, temporarily or permanently and in its sole discretion, implement new Services such as newsletters, emails, instant messaging, blogs, discussion forums or other services on or through the Site

4. Distance Services

The Site allows You to fill in a repair form, which may be downloaded under the tab Distance Service of the website or under the following link: Repair form. You may send your Product(s) to the MM7 Cobbler of your choice, in France or in the UK (the “Cobbler”), at Your own costs

In order to send Your Product(s) to the Cobbler, please download and print the repair form, then fill it in to indicate the required Service. You must legibly write your personal information to permit the Cobbler to contact You as of the reception of Your Product(s) and/or Your demand.

Please note that each Product shall be sent with its own repair form.

MM7 shallwill contact You in order to organize the return of Your Product’(s). The return costs shall be entirely borne by You, even if the Product is not repairable. MM7’s liability will cease three (3) months after having notified You than the Product(s) can be picked up or sent back to You.

5. Modification, suspension or termination of the Site and/or the Services

MM7 reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to partially or fully cancel or restrict Your right to access or use the Site and/or to modify or terminate any Service. You understand and agree that MM7 may do so without any liability whatsoever.

6. Intellectual Property

MM7 is the owner of all rights, titles and interests relating to the following domain names : minuitmoins7.fr and minuitmoins7.com

The general structure, the Content and, especially the texts, images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphic designs, software and all items posted on or available through the Site are and remain the exclusive property of MM7 and/or the companies of the Group of companies which MM7 belongs to (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”), with the exception of trademarks owned by third person which might be quoted on the Site or used by MM7 with the copyright or trademark right holder’s express authorization or license and to the exclusion of all content provided by the User.

These items shall not be reproduced, used or represented without the express authorization of MM7 or third-party owner.

All intellectual property rights and others rights relating to MM7, including the rights of any company of the Group mentioned on the Site are subject to an intellectual property registration and are under intellectual property protection.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MM7, ITS AGENTS, STAFF AND DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES AND / OR RESULTING FROM THE BEHAVIOR OF OTHER USERS.

11. Invalidity and severability

This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision of the ToU, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These ToU are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without application of their conflict of law rules.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising directly or indirectly from the conclusion, interpretation or performance of any contract with MM7 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris, France.
