Minuit moins 7 is the official Christian Louboutin cobbler offering an exclusive repair after care service. The unique services include branded resoling, heel replacements and sourcing of original materials and components for repairs. The cobblers are specially trained to work with Christian Louboutin products and take great pride in carrying out repairs to the highest standard.

Overview and purpose of role:

As part of a team of cobblers you will be providing high quality repairs for Christian Louboutin footwear and leather goods. The role is focused on manual labour in a fast phased working environment.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Providing all the different type of repairs (light repairs, medium repairs, serious repairs)
• Providing technical and stock support to the After Care team
• Maintaining the premises, stockroom and machinery clean and organised
• Providing repair feedback to the team and management
• Ensuring repair organisation is correct and respecting deadlines

Skills and Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of footwear
• Knowledge and skills to operate machinery and shoe repair tools
• Ability to receive feedback and learn skills and techniques from colleagues
• Self-motivation, determination and confidence
• Ability to work with deadlines, under pressure
• Time-management skills
• Ability to work in a team, respecting colleagues at all times.
• Capacity to show flexibility and adaptability to business needs
• Respecting repair quality standards at all times
• Hold certain responsibilities provided by the management team
• Positive and proactive approach and ability to provide solutions to issues
